Delete it in the app

Open Luckwise, go to Settings and tap Delete my account, then confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

No access to the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (the email from Apple, Google or your email sign-in), birthday, wardrobe items, outfits, Lucky Days journal, planned events, purchase records linked to your account and your conversation logs with Lucky are permanently deleted.

What we keep

Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports may be kept to improve the app, but they are no longer linked to you. Purchase receipts are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
